This technology allows us to cut and machine everything internally, making us completely independent of external parties. This not only means shorter delivery times, but also more control over the entire production process. Moreover, the tube laser helps us save costs and reduce our environmental impact by drastically reducing residual material.

Because we can cut all parts in-house, we have maximum freedom in designing and optimising our chassis. For example, all our trailers now have internal cabling, which means that cables are better protected against external influences. In the case of our boat trailers, we have even integrated contour lighting into the frame, which not only makes for a sleeker design, but also increases safety.
With the tube laser, we can cut each part to the millimetre, which is essential for seamless assembly in our welding robot. This accuracy ensures that each frame is assembled perfectly, which improves the longevity and robustness of our trailers.
